These terms apply to thisisfor.us and the tools it operates, including Proxy Printer and Life Tracker. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean the operator of thisisfor.us. By using the site or its tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them.
Using the tools
The site provides tools for personal game preparation, playtesting, and tracking games. You are responsible for checking your decklists, print settings, generated files, and game totals before relying on them. These tools are not an official source of game rules, tournament rulings, or card authenticity.
Use the site lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not try to disrupt the site, bypass access controls or rate limits, send harmful code, or use the tools to infringe copyright, misrepresent products, or commit fraud.
Proxies and playtest cards
Proxy Printer is intended to help you prepare playtest materials for personal use. Printing an image does not give you ownership of that image or permission to distribute it. Do not sell counterfeit cards or present printed proxies as genuine Magic: The Gathering cards.
Check with your playgroup or event organizer before using proxies. The tool does not make a printed card legal for sanctioned tournament play. See Wizards of the Coast’s guidance on proxies and playtest cards for more information.
Content and intellectual property
Magic: The Gathering, its card designs, artwork, names, and trademarks belong to Wizards of the Coast and their respective rights holders. Other images, fonts, software, and third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses. This site is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast.
You retain any rights you have in decklists and images you supply. You must have permission to use that material for your intended purpose. Supplying it to a tool does not transfer its ownership to us or give you additional rights in third-party content.
Third-party services
Some tools depend on external card data, image hosts, and software providers, including Scryfall and MPCFill. Their content, availability, terms, and privacy practices are outside our control. Access to their material may change or stop without notice.
Privacy and saved data
Our Privacy Policy explains local browser storage, card lookup requests, and third-party connections. Browser data may be lost if you clear site data, use private browsing, change devices, or remove the application. Save any files you want to keep independently.
Availability and warranties
We may update, pause, or discontinue the site or individual features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accurate card information, error-free output, or preservation of saved data.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limits on liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the site, including lost data or printing costs. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the site changes. Updated terms will appear on this page with a new date and apply to use of the site after that date. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it.
